Coventry's first knitting club (est. 09-11-05) - we meet every Wednesday, 7-9pm @ Golden Cross pub, Hay Lane, Coventry CV1 5RF. Come along and say hello, it's free to join and without obligation. We mostly comprise knitters and crocheters, but some of us sew and tat also. Any craft you can reasonably do in a pub is welcome!

Make it in a month - The Second Sock
I have lost count how many times that I have tried to start the second sock - it must be at least 10. Well I sat down, with few distractions, determined to crack it. 3 attempts later I had a ring that got past row 2! Infact here it is at row 15!!!! Thats the worst over now
